When recording from a video stream the recording will stop/pause about 4 to 6 mins. into the recording. I have to go back an use Audials 2020 to get the recording to work.

Yes I have the same problem. My Audials 2021 will record about 20 mins then stop. I get a message saying to try reducing the recording quality. I too have to go back to Audials 2020 and it works fine.

When starting to record a movie in Movies 2021 - if there is an ad first before the movie starts - the program only records the ad and does not record the movie itself. How can I stop this from happening?

Similar problem as stated above in my previous post. This time the video recorded for 16 minutes and was split. The second part of the split was the rest of the movie. The beginning of the second part started with a commercial. I feel the commercial situation is the problem.

    1. Step 1: Find a desktop capture tool. The first thing you'll want to to is find a good screen recorder and screen capture tool.
    2. Step 2: Adjust your recording settings.
    3. Step 3: Select an area to record.
    4. Step 4: Hit record.
    5. Step 5: Save and Upload.
