- At Auto Play, click On or Off, depending on your needs.

- Click on Options in the upper right corner of the video and choose Best at Video Quality.
Amazon automatically selects the best possible video quality.

Recording a video from Amazon
Audials Video Streaming offers a quickstart button and in-place instructions to guide you through the necessary steps to record a video from Amazon.
Step-by-Step: Recording a video from Amazon
- In the navigation, click Video Streaming.
- Click Amazon Video.
- Follow the instructions in the recording window.
Results
The recording finishes as soon as Audials indicates so, and/or shortly after the video has finished playing. All detected videos are listed in the Video Recording view and, depending on the recording tool and your settings, automatically saved on your computer and listed in the Player after a while.
Recording multiple videos from Amazon in one go
Set up Amazon to play back several videos in a row, and Audials automatically saves them as individual files. For example, record a full season of a TV series from Amazon.
Results
Audials detects and records each video that Amazon plays back. All detected videos are listed in the Video Recording view and, depending on the recording tool and your settings, automatically saved on your computer and listed in the Player after a while.

So this doesn't seem to work for amazon prime video in Australia??? is it only going to work in the U.S. version? there are some significant restrictions that don't seem to be addressed on the sales pitch page...
I am in the UK and I cannot get Amazon Prime Video work.
I am guessing this is the level of support to expect from this company hey?!?
This is only designed for U.S. use and forget about getting your money back. If you have not purchased this... don't and save yourself the grief. Maybe some day it might be good but not now, it's a struggle to use each time.
Purchased in Australia and does not work for Amazon Prime Video Australia? Should have checked the comments before purchasing. Shame, it looked like a great progam, just not sure which it was intended for and perhaps the people selling it should state it only works there.
Don't purchase unless you know it will work in your country of purchase.
And there is literally no customer support, like none, the only contact I have had is in this thread and there's not an employee to be seen, seriously do not buy
Well after 2 more updates to the software, it still is useless, Does not even recognize www.primevideo.com so don't waste your time or money on this one. I have tested both DVDFab (Works Great) and TunePat (Which seems to work but you can not view video in trial)
Tested on Amazon Prime Video Australia recorded - but at the end of the video it stated "error" no further technical information. Appeared to be recording at the time but nothing saved. Extremely disappointing.
Like me mate, you probably did not read this before purchase. I am also sooo disappointed at forking out money for something that doesn't work. Company should be held to account and at least refund us. They do not mention anywhere that this program does not work with Amazon Australia. Good luck, maybe one day they will get it together.
LMFAO... Newest update still doesn't even remotely address the issue of any location other than USA.
(Sorry, big fingers equal spelling mistakes)
Kkurulak, Maybe we need to take out an Amazon USA subscription. LOL Lucky I only paid about AUD28 and not the full price. Would have really been pissed off then...
It looks like an UNINSTALL to me. As far as I'm concerned, just a waste of recourses and time.
Johnscorp, its only saving grace for me is some of the audio otherwise it would have been gone long time ago.
It is very disappointing as I switched back to Amazon.ca just over a year ago, it didn't make sense to pay extra on the conversion rates. There are a few other programs out there that do work when I test them, just have to convince myself to throw this out and grab one of them.
I will take the matter up with the German Distributor and request a refund as it the program does NOT work in Australia (paid in Australian $). They are significantly bigger than Audials, which is a Romanian organisation. Cheers.
By the way if you don't hear back from me, that will mean I DID get a full refund, because they will probably terminate my account immediately and I won't be able to respond. If I am unsuccessful I will respond :)
Coppersa, would be very interesting to see how you go. Good luck.
Cheers.
Coppersa, Hopefully you're successful and don't get a chance to read this but I too must say good luck.
Dear all, Just received an email back from the German Distributor (Ashampoo). They are a very reliable Organisation. They have refunded the full amount and as such I will be uninstalling Audials One 2021 as it does not work in Australia. I thought I'd drop you a line just before uninstalling. Cheers
I am in the United States. Beginning a few months ago I began having problems recording from Amazon Prime using Audials One 2021. Videos would start out fine but as soon as the introductory credits were finished all sound is dropped and the recording is useless. I upgraded to Audials One 2022 and the problem remains the same.
Ouch, they got you twice John, sorry to hear it but this is as close to customer service as you will get
Sorry to hear you purchased the 2022 version. The fact that all these posts are still here without a reply or cleaning should tell you a lot about the product. I swear they are running the update time at the top of the post off a bot.
Sorry, I see they use any post as the update to the timelines of the posts.
Just an update for what it's worth. I was told by Audails it should work for the Australian Market. Recording starts out OK but then at the end you end up with a corrupted file. You have to start the stream going and then press record. The other way it won't work at all. Still very disappointed in having purchased this.
Am now looking into DVD FAB's Amazon Streaming program which they claim will work with all regions of Prime Video, so hopefully us here in Oz. I am already using their YouTube Prime downloader and that works a charm.
Just though I would let you know where I am at. Will update one I find out more about DVD FAB.
Hi Johnscorp, I have had great results from DVDFab, just a bit more coin but at least it works or at least here in Canada
Thanks kkurulak, I am waiting for an email back from them to confirm it will work in OZ. Don't mind paying for software as long as it works. Have had DVD FAB products for many decades now and they are most reliable.
Will post here for others as soon as I find out. Thanks again for the thumbs up that it works in Canada.
I am from India, purchased this and found to my horror that it only supports Amazon Prime Video - US...How can anyone develop a software that only supports one country??? Really Pathetic.
Same problem on Amazon.es
The subtitles aren't recorded!
I would like to start Amazon Video with an account outside the United States. Could you indicate a solution?I think your software is also sold outside the US, so it is unacceptable not to have the option to choose the country where you have a Prime Video account. This makes this option very unusable
Finally, I solved the problem with Amazon Prime: I uninstalled Audioals One and installed myFilmDownloader. It is free to download on SD (with Audials, via WEB I was only able to screen copy on SD) and the annual subscription is very economical and allows you to download on HD. About downloading videos from YouTube and other streaming sites there are also free alternatives.
It would be better if, instead of ignoring the problems reported, you were to try to solve them. There are much better alternatives to Audials.
