The message "you already have a similar license key for the same product" appeared most probably because you have tried to activate Audials a second time with the same license key and same Audials account, but that message can be ignored and you should be able to use Audials further without any limitation.
The same message may appear if you had an Audials license key which you have refunded and afterwards you purchased another license for the same Audials product version. But again, that message can be ignored and you should be able to use Audials further without any limitation.

This cure does not work. After I put in my license number it gives the message about having a similar license. If I ignore the message and try to use the software it does not work. I have another copy of Audials one 2024 in another computer which isn't working properly. I bought another copy for a new computer but appear to have been given the same license
I'm having the same issue. If it can be ignored, why does Audials 2024 showing the Upgrade option?
Hello Adi4711,
it depends first of all on the Audials version you have purchased ... for example the upgrade word next to your license it might be there because you purchased an upgrade from a previous version at a discounted price as an older loyal customer, rather than at full price as a new customer.
Now, the upgrade button might still appear in your case, if you own an Audials One 2024 version, because a new major version higher than Audials One was released this year, Audials One 2024 Ultra, which includes all the features of Audials One + Audials Vision.
In this case, if you no longer want to receive this upgrade message, you can simply disable the settings under Audials Options > User Interface > Discounted Upgrade Offers > Configure > Show button that indicates discounted upgrade offers
