The log files will help the developers to identify issues and understand the cause of a problem more efficient.
To make sure that the log files are created and send correctly, please fallow these steps:
1. Open the settings:
2. Go to ,, Help & About,,:
3. Activate the option ,, Enable debug logs,,:
4. Now you can reproduce the issue (just repeat the steps that lead to the problem).
After you managed to reproduce the problem, open again the settings, go to ,, Help & About,, and contact us via the contact button:
5. Sign in with your Audials user account (if you are not already logged in):
6. Select ,,Start a conversation,, (if this is your first conversation with us):
or start here a new conversation:
7. Please don't forget to mention the issue number, the name of the reporter and also a short description of the issue. The log files are attached automatically to the conversation:
8. After you have entered all the details, send us the message from here:
