Recorded Audio Only for several movies, now unable to record any video, only audio

Audials Movie 2023 

Edited default settings for Netflix to switch 'Audio Only' to 'On' in order to capture several foreign language soundtracks. Worked without issue, captured the soundtracks I needed. I subsequently set the flag to 'Off' in order to restart capturing movies, however it now only captures audio. 

This is for all streaming platforms, using the internal player and Chrome Browser - Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc. This is also using GPU acceleration or no acceleration, any combination of parameters, all I get is audio only. 

Currently therefore the software is unusable.
