Audials GUI not loading

I've regulary use audials (2023) for the last 3+ months.
And upon starting my PC today the GUI is not loading.

Yesterday I realized that the TEMP data is stored on C so I created a New Temp folder on the destination drive.
After a PC reboot (now) the program starts without GUI.

I uninstalled audials, deleted all folders I could find, rebooted the PC and reinstalled audials.
It still starts without a GUI.
Any hints?

  This issue was resolved thanks to a super-fast response by the support team.
  I'm not gonna go into detail since this post might be read in years from now after changes have been made,
  but my issue was registry related.
  So if you run into the same issue please contact the support for the current locations and/or other solution steps.
