"Recording is starting" shown endlessly
I have installed Audials One 2023 (2023.0.112.0, streaming 3.3.814.0) and Audials Movie 2022 (2022.0.248.0, streaming 3.3.814.0) on 4 different PCs.
On 1 of the PC's it is not possible to record Video Streaming using the internal player.
As soon I click on the "Record" button the "Recording is starting" appears but the circle of dots continues to turn endlessly and nothing is recording.
The video stream is obviously not recognized.
I have removed and re-installed Audials (both 2022 and 2023) on the problematic PC a number of times. I have logged on and off as a different user. I have modified the settings but the recoding refuses to start.
The installation on the other PCs is from the same install file.
I have restarted windows many times.
I can record perfectly using an external player in full-screen, but the nice thing about Audials 2022 and above is the posibility to record using the internal browser.
That is the only reason I purchased 4 copies of 2022/2023 instead of using the older versions.
I don't have much running on the problematic PC. Here are the specifications:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.80 GHz
Installed RAM: 8.00 GB (7.90 GB usable)
64-bit operating system
Windows 10 Pro, 22H2, OS build 19045.2251, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0
As I mentioned above, I can record normally when I start the video in an external browser (Video streaming -> Other Source / Screen Recording) -> Direct video recording -> Webbrowser -> Chrome(or Firefox) -> Record).
The internal browser does not work...

In some circumstances, indeed the video streaming recording in mode "internal player" won't start recording. Workaround: try the recording in one of the supported browser in order to record properly your desired movie. As a note: check that the Windows is up to date including video and gpu drivers, the graphic card should not be older than 4 years.

Like I mentioned, recording works perfectly with the external browsers. However, this prevents me from working with another program in full-screen mode. Not very useful...
The drivers are up-to-date. I don't have a graphic card installed and the CPU is most likely 4 years old or older.
I am going to uninstall Audials and replace the m/b / CPU / RAM. Rather an expensive option just to get Audials working like I want. I still don't understand why the internal browser doesn't work when the external browsers do. Surely this could be fixed?

I have the same problem my PC is less than 18 months old and everything up to date. I can record music no problem but movies I have never been able whether on my desktop or laptop and I have had every Audials One 2018,2019,2020,2021, and now 2023 I give up call it a scam and forget it
