Why can't Audials play/record all songs from an album in Tidal?

I'm using Audials Music 2023 with the Tidal Windows app. I can see and play the songs in the Tidal app, but Audial is unable to find all the songs. Audials is able to only record the songs it can find and not the rest.

  I have encountered the same limitation with Audials and Tidal. It is frustrating when it can not capture all the songs from an album. Hoping for an improvement in future Audials updates to enhance Tidal integration.

  Audials Music 2023 can store the music it downloads. You can listen and download the music you like there.
