Slow audio on video recordings
I upgraded to Audials 2022 today and tried to record some episodes of Futurama from Disney+. In all 6 cases, the video recorded correctly but the audio was approx 3x slower. All the episodes showed as around 20 minutes long when downloaded but when played showed as about 2 hour long. I've tried the internal recorder and also recording via Chrome with the same results.
The software warned me about having MalwareBytes running when I first started the recordings so I disabled that. Any idea what is happening?

Nothing support suggested worked initially and then there was a delay as the ticket was sent to the developers. While I was waiting I found that there was an update for my Realtec device driver on my motherboard suppliers website. Installing that seems to have cured the problem but I need to do some more testing to be sure.
The dev team have recently got back to me asking for more info from Chrome and also saying my sound card settings were set to record 6 channels which could also be an issue. Haven’t had chance to respond yet, but if you haven’t yet, check your Motherboard manufacturer to see if you have an upgrade.

I seem to be having this problem as well, though no one else seems to have complained since this post. I had one recording go correctly from Hulu. Since then I've tried several times (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon) and every one has had slowed audio. I've updated all drivers. I've tried Chrome and the internal browser. I've even upgraded to Audials 2024. Can this be resolved? Otherwise, Audials is useless.
