    Hello cam12687,

    as a workaround you could check the following:
    - change your output profile (try an output profile other than you used before with/without GPU encoding)
    - change temporary your Audials storage location to your desktop... will now the files be properly saved?
    - check also the rule settings, if you would leave them on default will the new files be properly saved?

    I had a similar issue with recording on different platforms. Have you checked if there are any updates available for your recording software? Sometimes updates can fix compatibility issues.
