Audials 2022 - Lots of recordings "FAILED"

Hi Audials

In Audials 2022 I have a lot of recording problems. 

I have been using it for 3 or 4 days, but suddenly I can´t record or download anything. 

All the files are just FAILED.

When I use Audials 2021 I never get the same problem, and I never had in previous versions.

What can be the problem?

  Audials hat keine Lösungen mehr!

  Dieser Fehler tritt bereits bei der Version 2021 auf.

  Selbst bei einfacher Aufnahme von Spotify schlagen die meisten Titel fehl!

  Also: Hilfe nicht vorhanden. Keine Updates mehr - aber neue Versionen in den Markt pressen.

  Das vergrault den treuesten Stammkuden.

  @Audials: so kann das doch nicht weitergehen. Was ist nur los?

  I just purchased this product because I used to use Tunebite and I loved it, I figure I go an spend the money and purchase the Music 2022 and I notice that every song was getting FAILED I even uninstalled the drivers and installed them back and reboot my PC.  Same issue still getting the FAILED and reason as to why????

  Hi,

  hints: check your storage location (leave it on default, works?), try other output format, do not change the rule settings... still the same? from which sources are you trying to record? only from a specific source does this happen or in general?
