Audials does not detect the video

When I tried to press play, Audials does not detect the video. I tried closing browser windows and restarting the software, then the computer. I don't want to try a different browser to save my hard drive space, and I don't want to try screen recording because I need to turn off all my notification sounds for my other programs.
