the quality seems really poor less then full HD, is there anway i can improve this when streaming disney + and netflix.

and is there anyway i can use my computer at the same time as recording? Like on Playon where you can still use the pc while it records

  You can try adjusting your streaming settings to prioritize HD quality in the app settings. As for simultaneous computer use and recording OBS Studio might be a suitable solution for your needs.
