Pop up ads are covering the video screen in my Audials TV Recorder 2020

  Well, if these popups appeared while recording the stream you wanted, it is obvious that these popups will also appear in playback of the recorded video. Please block these kind of popups in order to get rid of them while recording.

  Where is Audials Tech support?

  The pop-ups are generated by Javascript and if you disable that then the video won't play.

  Clicking anywhere on the block/allow pop-up rectangle will cause a new window to open up.

  You don't even need Audials to see what is happening, just go directly to "easyview.eu".
