Issues with lyrics

Hello, I just recently updated to audials 2021, and am having issues with my mp3 files. I download music and add lyrics into the correct box in properties in the audials program, but when I add the mp3 to my phone it the music and everything else is there (album are and other tags title, year etc.). Similary when I add files I created when I had the 2020 version the lyrics are not there but everything else is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

  I have problems too, with latest version Audials 2021.0.220.0, built on 8/10/2021
