Newbie SkyGo Question

Hi.

Just bought/downloaded/installed Audials One 2020. I can't seem to get Audials to record from the Sky Go app. It seems like Audials is recording, but I just get a recording of my desktop (admittedly with the right audio).

Am I doing something wrong? I've tried the obvious different options. Any help much appreciated.

Hy RBURTON,

There are some general issues with SkyGo.

It will be fixed with one of the next updates.

RBURTON put the request below in 1 year ago and was told by Denisa Aleman it would be fixed with one of the next updates. I have Audials One 2021 and it still appears to have the same problem. When is it going to be fixed?

I have a similar problem.

Using Audials One 2021. I can't seem to get Audials to record from the Sky Go app. It seems like Audials is recording, but I just get a black screen.
