PowerDVD 11 not playing video

Hi,

I am using Movie 2020.

After recording streaming video using Firefox and saving it as mp4, you'll get the sound in PowerDVD 11 but the video is blank.

 

How can I fix this?

  Hi, is the recorded video in Audials and on your system playing properly?

  I use two PCs, one to record (win10), one to play back (win7). On the recording PC Audials and Media Player can play back the video fine. On the other one Media Player only plays back the audio (like PowerDVD) and Audials has a video but it is in slow motion, though the audio is OK. VLC Player can play it back just fine.
