Anyone having success recording in or converting to H.265?

Hey Everyone,

For the life of me, I simply cannot get Audials to record in or convert to H.265 successfully. 

Is anyone getting good results in H.265? All I get is a clear white screen with clear audio.

  I have not tried it, but I am curious to why you would need that? :)
  Is there any streamable content that would benefit from it?

  H.265 has better compression. That's the fundamental reason for me.

  Oh okey, I will try to use H.265 next time I record something to see the difference, I will also let your know if I run into trouble.

  I managed it to work, at the start it was lagging and the sound was weird... however I fiddled around with a custom profile and made it work, it even works way better than my old custom profile!
  
  These are the settings I used and worked really well with my system, it was only at about 20% CPU load I think.
