Error la cuenta especificada ya existe, y a partir de ahí, instalación fallada.

no hay manera de poder acceder, una solución por favor, gracias

  sometimes indeed the .msi installer can fail with the error "The specified account already exists" and for this you can check the hints from here: https://support.enthought.com/hc/en-us/articles/204469550-Windows-Error-during-msi-installation-The-specified-account-already-exists-
