Cannot record audio streaming file

I tried this app again following problems a few months ago, now there is no sound on the recording! Nothing but problems with this app. All I need is to record streaming audio lecture files from my college. Should be simple !?

  this depends how you play those audio lecture files... if you play them in a special player, which Audials does not support, then you will get indeed no sound or a picture without sound or black picture with sound... e.g the recordings from Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams/Zoom sessions, Twitter were not yet designed to work, the development has started but it will be most probably a feature of an upcoming Audials version.

  Thanks for your quick response. Yes I had tried a different player this morning which provided sound. Thanks for your kind assistance.
