How to activate GPU-Support

How can i activate the GPU Support ? 

 

I got an Nvidia Quattro P5000 which should have plenty of power to encode the Videos. I use MP4 - HEVC.. My CPU is at 90% ! Xeon E5 CPU. 

So Audials dont use the GPU to encode. 

Actually i buyed the 2020 Version because of that feature.

Could someone help ?

  after i installed the newest GPU drivers it works now

  Have you checked your software settings to ensure GPU acceleration is enabled? Sometimes it needs manual activation. Also updating your Nvidia drivers might help resolve any compatibility issues.
