Audials crashes Deezer

A number of times Deezer has crashed when trying to record some tracks, the track plays without a problem if Audials is not connected. 

There are two separate scenarios. Sometimes the track itself will throw up an error other times the Deezer programme shuts down.

As these problems only occur when trying to record to Audials it is clear that there is a compatibility problem

  Tried to reproduce the issue but it is not possible.

  Please tell which internet browser you are using and also please verify that your Audials version is up to date!

  Have you installed some kind of different software leading to this problem, or does it happen suddenly?

  no internet browser, Deezer is a programme. The problem occurs in Audials 2019,

  Audials 2019.0.11700.0, built on 05/06/2019
  Streaming Service 3.2.11500.0
  Server: asky-17.audials.com/
  production_20190712_083448_8d6d5f9c3c17

  The problem occured in Audials 2018 also.

  In order to reproduce the problem you may have to listen to a large number of tracks, it is not a universal problem with every track but some tracks will not record with Audials.
