I've started having problems with Amazon videos recently. Everything appears to work but when Audials gets to the end of the video, it attempts to merge the video segments and the red box stating failed pops up. There was a minor update today that has made things even worse, Audials now has some error hit after about 60-80 minutes recording time and just crashes. I am not doing anything else on the gaming PC Audials is running on, it just randomly crashes and asks it it can send in the error report (which I do approve every time). I hope we'll be seeing a fix for this very soon.

A year ago you had a great program for Windows 10 "Audials Radio Free" (24.5 Mb).
Now you forbid the use of the cute program and suggest the monster for Windows 10 "Audials Play". Not! Super monster weighing 745 Mb!! Hey, are you crazy or have you had covid? You don't need so much rubbish to listen to radio stations and even record radio broadcasts! 8(

If you hate long stories, skip this one...
After having seen some fantastic reviews about it Audials, I bought version Audials One 2021 to give it a try.
After installing it, on a Windows 10 pc, and running it, it stopped after 10 seconds.
No help in the forums about a reasion why it should not work.
Found out I had to copy WMVCore.dll (2.465.792 bytes) into the audials directory,
and also copied wmasf.dll (225.280 bytes), all from the windows directory.
Ran it again, and bingo it started up, registered it, and tried an Amazon Music import.
The first thing I got was a announcement that it detected that I was using AVG
as protection software and this could be a problem for Audials One... Nice.
Used the copy link feature of Amazon Musci, and saw in Audials One 2021 some
slight activity (a circulator motion) and then nothing. That was it.
Disabled AVG, retried... Nothing.
Uninstalled AVG, retried... Nothing.
Maybe it was my Audials One 2021 version... So I upgraded to version 2022.
Copied the two dll to the 2022 directory. Registered. And tried an import again.
Same thing Nothing happens...
Tried a Youtube video for download.
A finally it started doing something. After a painstakingly long moment of downloading,
it stopped after a while, leaving the video incomplete...
This software is bull manure.
Bought Sidify for Amazon Music. Costs a lot more, but at least it works from the start...
My advice? Do NOT buy Audials One...
A dissatisfied customer.

Audials 2022 ... no longer plays on my Bluetooth speaker while I am recording. Was working fine last week and has been working fine for a long time.
I am sick of searching for settings and support topics that seem very limited.
Havent installed any other software . no windows updates installed since i used the speaker last. W10 vers 21H1 on desktop.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
