New Audials One vs Audials One 2026
I have a standard subscription for Audials One 2026. I recently received an email from Audials to get the new Audials One. In the past whenever there was a new version, I would be prompted to update thru the Audials One 2026 application on Windows 11.
Should I uninstall Audials One 2026 and download and install this new Audials One? Will I still receive updates since I have a subscription and does it have the same functionality as Audials One 2026?

I had a similar question when I saw the new version. From what I understand, the new installer should handle the upgrade without needing to uninstall Audials One 2026 first. It’s probably worth checking your subscription status in your Audials account before installing, just to make sure the new version is covered.

Ever since the announcement, I keep getting constant pop-up windows to install. I looks like it's installing and goes through all the motions but is installing the same OLD version over and over. And Audials will not respond to emails. Sorry to see their support is going down hill.

The latest Audials One installer you download from the home page gives you 2027 and my 2026 license doesn't work. You have to download the latest 2026 installer at:
My original install of 2026 with all the updates seemed like it was getting buggy/sluggish so I uninstalled and installed the latest 2026. Much better now.
