Tunes displayed on radio stations don't change

Hello. For several months now I have a problem that I cannot solve. On two of my devices that are Windows 10 PCs the displayed tune doesn't change after the app is started when in reality the tunes do change.

When I press Radio & Wish / Manage Settins / Advanced settings (or some other settings sequences) the tunes suddenly refresh but they stop changing after that.

I tried fully reinstalling the Windows app but it didn't help. At the same time on my third device there's no such problem. The displayed tunes change there. It was fine until recently, possibly until late Autumn 2025. 

Are any country-specific restrictions applied or is something being blocked by my provider?

  Update: it turns out that my providers block something from Audials. Found a workaround.
