Anyone been banned from Amazon whilel using Audials?

I read that people using StreamFab were banned in July/Aug (some even happening now) for recording Amazon Prime videos. Is this happening w/ Audials? I don't see any reports...yet...

  I normally just use the program to record the videos I have bought, but I have noticed the last time I tried to record my videos it greyed out the play button

  this issue was allready fixed. Please make sure you are using the latest Audials Version: 

   

  Audials 2026.1.12.0 vom 17.04.2026
  Streaming Service 3.3.1010.0
  Server: 260422-113322-357d8a2e.asky.prod-asky09.audials.com/

  @Yeah, I’ve noticed the same issue. Subtitles display during recording, but no separate .srt file gets generated for Prime, even with English selected. It’s surprising this still hasn’t been fixed after so long. Hope there’s an update or workaround soon.

  HI All,

  Tried recording from Amazon today and what a mess it has become. I have a fast i7 with 16GB ram. Usually recording runs at ~10% CPU.
  Today everything was wrong. the EDGE browser was out of date, as was the internal browser.

  Recording subtitles just didn't happen, so switched to screen recording and that failed leaving me with a blank recording.
  So serious work  is required to fix these problems, or Audials 2026 his the big dump pile of failure's.
   I have tried this on 3 PC's now, all have the same problem.
