Audials One 2026 - Just stereo recording

Hi together. Just baught Audials One 2026 and I have directly two problems.

Problem 1: There is no HBO included 

Problem 2: I can only select stereo recordings. My computer also supports 5.1, and I use 5.1 for watching my 4K discs and for gaming. I can only select AAC as the codec, and even if I manually select the channels and set them to 6, I can still only make stereo recordings. I have also tried my best with the help of Gemini, but without success. I hope someone here can help me.

  Pretty sure the only service you get 5.1 recording is Netflix

  Hi
  From what I know, HBO is now called Max, and in my Audials, Max is available in Video Streaming view.
  Indeed the 5.1 option is not available for Max, it works only with Netflix

  Hello, 

   

  You can find HBO under ,,Max,, in the Video Streaming services list. 

  Also 5.1 Sound recording is supported only for Netflix.
