Audials does not start anymore on laptop

On my laptop I had Audials Play, but since today it is not starting anymore. I installed Audials One 2026 and the same issues with this one. What the hell is going on with Audials? I installed it on my new PC today and there it is working but on the laptop still the same damn issues. Both devices running the latest versions of windows 11, all drivers up to date. It is really nerving me, I removed it completely from the laptop, what a crap.

    if Audials is working just fine on your PC, but not on your laptop there might be for sure a reason.
    For example in my case, I moved Audials in a corner and when I've started it at a later point, Audials was visible only in my taskbar. What I had to do, was not only to uninstall it from MyPrograms, but also to remove the Audials folders from registry while Audials was closed, because there are kept most important informations
    Best would be to address your issue to support, they will surely provide you the right steps for the uninstallation.

    Hey Escape Road, I see you're experiencing issues with Audials not starting on your laptop—frustrating! Have you tried checking for any updates or reinstalling the software? It often fixes glitches. What OS are you using currently?

    I am, having the same trouble. I had 2023. It stopped working. uninstalled it. bought 2026. installed with the same problem. uninstalled and reinstalled 2026. still the same problem. Multiple laptop restarts with no solution. Help!

    I had the same problem...now I have deinstalled the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages x64 and X86 V 14.44.35211 and installed the version in the Audials Programfolder VC_redist.x64.exe, VC_redist.x86.exe. (V 14.44.35208). Now it's running.
    AUDIALS should fix this !!!

    I just went to start my Audials 2026 Or Audials on my PC - same thing No Go.  Won't start.  Windows 10 Operating system.  Reviewing the above comments had me realize that Windows 10 support was ceased.  Going to Setup Windows Update allowed me to get an extension for Updates until October 2026.  Now Downloading the latest Updates.  I know nothing about Visual C++, etc...  Damn that MIcrosoft with their Baloney, forcing me to update and buy a new PC tricks.  I'm downloading the Update - taking forever.  I hope that will be able to correct the problem.  Shame on Audials for not notifying their customers of this flaw as well.
