Amazon Batch Recording Broken for a MONTH
-
Not fixed!
Audials Movie 2025: Seeing all episodes of a series, but whatever episode you check, it does not add to the recording planner.
Adding single episodes to recording planner (1 or more), after about 30 secs it ends und starts new. Alway recorded: 0
With Movie 2024 it is by luck possible, manually adding one by one, with a restart ofter every download.
-> you can guarantee, it will work with Audials One 2026 (as you ended the movie version), no problem with upgrade.

I have Audials One 2026 and have the same problem. I can record Video 1 by 1 but if I try to use Batch Recording, I can see the episodes listed again but when I select the episodes I want to add to queue, click "Add n to queue" nothing happens. No episodes get added to the queue.
I tried other streaming platforms (Disney+, Hulu) same thing. Batch recording loses it's mind. I am able to batch movies to the list but it will only record the first one and disappear the rest of the list. My Audials One 2026 is fully up to date. Windows 11 is up to date. Nvidia graphics drivers fully up to date. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Audials drivers several times but still no luck.

Strange thing, on Saturday from about 9.00 am to 2.00 pm batch recording was working perfect; suddenly the problem came up again, I do not see the episodes, and I can only add one.
So it seems, that there are small differences in the errors, i.e. seeing the episodes or not. But at the end it is not working.
Really frustrating, so I see no reason to upgrade to 2026, does not matter how good the upgrade price is.

Amazon.jp may have made UI changes around the end of January. I encountered an issue with Audials, the software I use. While I can't add entire drama series to the queue at once, it seems possible to add individual episodes. I note the video links in a text editor, then paste each link one at a time into the text box next to Audials' Kebab Menu button. (This text box doesn't allow two lines of input. If you accidentally hit Enter, press the Backspace key to return to a single line). It will automatically add to the queue without needing to press Enter. The names added to the queue are somewhat arbitrary, but they will be corrected when recording is executed.
