Sound missing from screen recording
I understand it is a known problem that sound is not recorded when screen recording.
Initially Both Audials AND the screen recording facility within via the keyboard would record video, but not the audio.
Some time later I am attempting to screen record via Audials again, and despite the our engineers are working on it message still no audio. However the screen save audio via the print screen key on my keyboard DOES record audio.

Sometimes a simple click through broader system or software discussions can highlight patterns that aren’t obvious at first, especially when multiple tools handle audio differently.
