Audials 2024 not record Spotify correctly

    Hi
    I saw on Audials current known issues page that there was a Spotify update released recently. Have you checked? 
    I had a problem with the high speed feature, the sound was distorted, Spotify had an updated and made Audials having problems with it, but now, for me, since yesterday the recording works just fine.

    When I look at my Licensing page there is no indication of any update available. All I have is "Upgrade".

    When I record, Audials splits the recording into many small files 5-11 seconds long.

    Previously it recorded properly, but went to use again and started doing this. I dont remember updating and this started. But I downloaded updates since.

    Hi Stormydog,

    the update which was released by Audials for Spotify was a Plug-In update, which is done by Audials in background, no update button was listed for it.

    in your case, I would suggest to contact support at support@audials.com 

    provide them the Spotify album/playlist URL you tried to record, the LOG folder so that their developers can check for the error
