When using video streaming in Audials 2026 (latest update applied), and the Audials browser, after two or three episodes are recorded, the video recording screen freezes and the error message "This video is currently unavailable. Please try again. error code:3005" This did not occur until after the most recent update. Any ideas? TIA

It sounds like error 3005 is related to streaming interruptions after a few episodes. Try restarting Audials, clearing the cache, and making sure your internet connection is stable. Also, disable any VPNs or ad-blockers and ensure Audials is fully updated. If the problem continues, note exactly when it happens and contact Audials support with your device and version details so they can investigate.

Same here after the latest update. What fixed it for me: switch the recording method (Settings → Video Streaming → change “Browser/Direct/HLS-DASH”), disable hardware acceleration in the Audials browser, clear the Audials browser cache (Help → Open data folder →
Browser/Cache), and cap recordings to 1 stream at a time with a short delay between episodes. Also update GPU drivers, then try an external browser mode if available. If it still throws 3005 after 2–3 episodes, grab logs via Help → Support → Create error report and include the service name, OS, GPU, and exact Audials build so support can repro.
