Can no longer batch record from Max

Tried this evening to batch record from Max and was not able to record. Can still record movies individually, just no batch functionality. I set up a queue with 4 movies that I wanted to record. Started the process and after about 10 seconds I got an Audials notification saying "0 video(s) finished successfully." I tried with the internal browser, Edge and Firefox, but no luck.
During one of the attempts, I saw a very small message pop up. It did not look like a dialog or message window. It was a single line of text with a yellow background and it only displayed for a couple of seconds. It was gone so quickly that I was not able to read the entire line, but part of it said that I was not logged in. As I mentioned before, I can still record movies individually, so that process logs in correctly. Apparently Max has changed something that is keeping the batch function from logging in correctly, so the movies in the queue cannot be played/recorded.
