Audials One 2025 Horribly muffled audio after joining/encoding video from Netflix

Heya,

I'm having the issue that, when I record something from Netflix, the resultingl file's audio is horribly muffled and low quality.

I'm using the internal browser and the audio is perfectly fine in the preview window, as well as the monitor. 

It doesn't seem to matter whether I do split recording or plain 1x, choose 5.1 or stereo, or which encoder setting I use. I tried mp4 high, mkv high. It's always the same. (webm causes a whole lot of other issues, not that I'd want to use that, anyway)

I also tried custom copies of those profiles with the audio bitrate set to Original, as well as 320 kbps

GPU or software encoding also don't make a difference.

Any ideas?

  Same Problem with Version 2024.

   

  anne789: If that where the case, why is the audio quality fine if I use MSI Afterburner and record the content via screen capture?

  It is not a DRM-Problem, it is a Software Problem in Audials One program, concerning the audio interface.

  I'm pretty sure that anne account is just a bot. 
  Talks like AI and posted a questionable link.

  And the Audials staff sadly doesn't seem to look at the forum anymore.
  Very disappointing.
