Purchases 2024, but not allowed to copy more than 10 songs

I have owned Audials since 2013, but seldom use it. Now I want to record some streaming songs. I was able to do this for only 10 songs.  Then it wants me to buy version 2025--I am using v2024 and it is registered.  What is wrong?  Why is Audials working this way?  Why does Audials NOT have customer support that one can turn to for such a problem?

Thy may have a good product, but they are losing the confidence of a long time supporter.

  The upgrade to Audials 2025 is not mandatory, you can continue with your Audials 2024 version. 
  Once you have installed Audials on your computer, make sure that you have registered the software with its license key, otherwise it will stay in demo mode.
  If you encounter further problems, you can contact Audials support department at support@audials.com. Provide them a screenshot with your Audials interface, Audials product activation view and they will help you further as soon as they can!

  That sounds really frustrating! If your 2024 version is registered, it shouldn’t limit you like that. You might want to check if there are any license restrictions or contact Audials through their forums or email support.
