No Sound Uisng Audials One 2025
I recently updated my software and after installed the program, I don't have any sound. I do have a PC Windows 11. All other music programs work perfectly except for the Audials. I checked for the correct Audio Sound card output but is not working at all. No Sound! Can You suggest any troubleshooting. Thank You!

the Audials Sound Capturing driver is a virtual sound card that allows Audials One's Converter, Music Streaming and Video Streaming views to record audio streams. One of these devices will be set as default only when you are recording either Video or Audio, as soon as you stop the recording Audials will set back the default playback device to your sound card. If this is not done automatically, you will have to change it on your default sound card manually after the recording was done. -
Thank you for your assistance and tips to support to solve my problem. The actual problem I have is not just when I try to record streaming music but to play music within the Audials program. The output shows my computer sound card (Ifi dac) when I play the music files there is no sound. The options I have from the sound mixer are two: one is the computer sound card and the second is the Audials virtual sound card. There’s also an odd situation if I play a video within the Audials player the video plays and has sound. Thank you so much for your assistance.

I just wanted to follow up with my request about not having sound within the Audials One 2025. I resolved the situation after I deleted the program and installed the previous version 2024 and it worked, I was able to get the sound again then I installed the 2025 version, and it worked as well.... So, I don't know what it went through? Thank You for your assistance.

I also installed a video editing software update on my Windows 11 PC, and ever since then, I haven't been able to hear any audio while using the program. All other applications like YouTube, Spotify, and Zoom work just fine with sound, but this specific software plays videos with no audio at all.

@soundboard Sounds frustrating. On Windows 11, try reinstalling Audials’ audio driver, resetting app audio routing in Sound > Volume mixer, and disabling exclusive mode. For creators using a soundboard.

You could try reinstalling Audials, checking exclusive audio mode in Windows sound settings, or updating your sound drivers. I had a similar issue once while browsing Sound Buttons, and restarting the audio service actually helped fix it.
