Whats up with this forum? Why do so many posts have random links added to a lot of the posts?

I'm confused why so many posts have random links in them that go to random unrelated websites.  For example my last post has a link at the bottom of the reply that links to "JPMCB Card Services".

What is going on?

  I really don’t think it’s malware or adware because I see the links on mobile devices and different computers. Perhaps the person that posted has malware or adware?

  Im not sure but its very odd

  edit: whoever posted above me deleted their comment (their account was created the day that they commented)

  I don't see it on every post but I do see it frequently.  Also it seems like a lot of posts come from accounts that are brand new making me wonder if there are a lot of bots here or something...
