Crunchyroll subtitle

Hello
I am a new user of Audials one 2025. I bought this software to be used mainly on crunchyroll. To record video and sound, no problem, but I cannot record the subtitles.  I don't know what to do to overcome this problem :/

  Hello! thank you for this quick response! I tried what you told me, but without success. It's only the last point that I'm not sure about. for Render subtitles I have to get the subtitles from somewhere? Can Audials do this?

  Hello,

  Audials does not support recording subtitles from Crunchyroll.
