So, my Audials One 2021 has failed. It was suppose to be lifetime support when I purchased it. I sent numerous reports via the Problem Report box. I've posted in here. And all I've got in response is some crap about some shitty T shirts. I cannot find any way to send a 'ticket' via some sort of customer contact, unlike most other software websites. What sort of amateurish organisation is this who completely ignores customer support?
@Audials: can you please send a solution. I need to use my Audials.

@other members, can any of you help me please?

I am not a happy chappie.

    Thank you.

I've had no response from Audials yet. But a member pointed me to a thread which indicates Audials One 2021 is now defunct and dead. Since I require Audials, it seems the only option I have is to purchase the 'upgrade' I am being offered at a greatly reduced price (Audials One 2025).
Since my current Audials does not even boot up properly, would it be wise to uninstall that old version (using Revo uninstaller) before installing the new version? Do I take it that offer is once again 'so called' lifetime?

I have the same problem with Audials One 2021 crashing with the Problem Report Box appearing. I uninstalled Audials One 2021 and reinstalled it using the original Audials One set up.exe file and it did not crash. However, when I clicked on the update button it crashed again. So I guess my workaround is to re-install the original .exe file and do not update it.

This is done intentionally. They allow you to sign up for lifetime access instead of a yearly subscription. Then, they announce they’re no longer supporting the software and push out an update that disables it for everyone. It’s a clever way to render software with unlimited licenses unusable, hoping customers will purchase the new version—only for the cycle to repeat a few years later. I like the software, but if this is the way they do businesses I'm not sure if it's worth dealing with them.

My software stopped working months ago, I've emailed them multiple times but they don't bother responding.
