Audials Music 2021 not starting anymore - .Net runtime error

Since this week Audials Music 2021 is not working anymore. It causes an error report which I have send to Audials.

Same result after Uninstall / Re-Install of Audials

System: Windows 10 Pro 22H2  - Issue propably coming with latest Audials or Windows updates ?

Eventlog shows runtime .Net error - please fix error and provide a new setup.exe for Audials:

    Same here.

    Splash Screen Crash and directly closing of Audials 2021.

    So no more running of Audials 2021!

    Please fix asap or make a serious offer for updating to Audials 2024 like I always received in Audials 2021.

    Hello Heiko-Torsten,

    seems Audials 2021 will be not fixed anymore. Support provided me a Audials 2025 licence instead.

    Hello KR,

     

    thanks for your response and telling me your solution provided by the Audials Support Team.
    This seems to be the only workable solution as we want to use our Audials 2021 which we bought in the past.

    It´s sad that we could not use Version 2021 anymore as it worked fine at my side until now.
    But having a workable Audials Version 2025 would be ok.

    Hope to hear asap from the Audials Support Team, too.

    I have the same issue. Did you use the error report form to contact support, or where did you go?

    Yes, i just used the error report form and received an answer from support within 4 hours.

    I also had this issue but was not given the option of a 2025 license.  Just told that 2021 is not supported anymore and it must be related to a recent windows update.    

    After reading this, I did re-reach out to them to see if a license was an option.  

    I've been a customer of Audials 10, 12, 16, 19 and 21 so fingers crossed they will do the right thing.
