Maintain album structure when downloading

Hi - have only just started using Audials One 2024 and am very impressed. However when I download an album from Qobuz, or TIDAL, I want to keep the saved tracks in the same order as the original album. How do I do that?

  Hello,

  Which recording method have you used? Have you already tried the recording from Tidal app - Remote control method?

  Hi - sorry, I haven’t been clear with my query.
  Within the Audial app it records the album in the correct sequence no matter which source use- TIDAL; Qobuz or Amazon Music.
  However, when I go to the folder on my PC where the files are being saved to then the structure of the album is lost.
  So, my question should really be, “what options should I be setting within the folder on my PC to maintain the album track structure?”
