I wish this forum was more active
Not a rant. A commentary.
I have owned Audials One Ultra for a couple months now. For me, it simply has not been as plug and play as I thought it would be. Issues big and small happen almost daily. Historically I would go to the manufacturers forum where users would share their solutions to these issues. Not so here on Audials forum. There simply isn't much activity. My only solution is to contact Audials support over and over again for issues that can be either related to my lack of experience or actual deficiencies in the software. Don't get me wrong, Andreea is super helpful and patient. I just think it would be more helpful to users if Pro users were here sharing their knowledge.

I understand your perspective. It can be frustrating when a forum lacks active engagement from experienced users. That said, perhaps the rice purity test could help foster more constructive discussions and shared solutions. While not a perfect analogy, the concept of measuring community engagement might provide insights to improve this platform. Either way, I appreciate your thoughtful commentary and hope the developer team can find ways to boost user participation over time.

I have a myriad of issues. Some related to software glitches. Some related to my lack of experience using the software. Either way, when technical support helps someone with either of these issues they only help the single person. No one else can see what the problem or solution was. As a result another person will have the same issue, but because they cannot see how someone else solved it the problem and remedy repeats. This has to be wearing out tech support.
I know there is little activity here. If only we could see (anonymously) what problems and solutions tech support has worked on here.
