Can't record from You Tube since September 3rd 2023 with either 2022-one or 2023-one.

Until September 3rd, 2023, all the Audials products that I have purchased for many years has worked perfectly.  Now when I record from YouTube I enter the URL, then select the quality of 640 X 360, the program connects then the counter counts to 100%, it then says Finishing and then promptly says ERROR!  When this problem is resolved then I will purchase the new 2024-One otherwise this will be the end of many years of buying your program.

  I agree. I have all versions and it seems the feature has been deprecated. I suspect legitimately by a third party and probably beyond remedy by Audials as the problem still exists in Audials One 2025
