Audials 2024

So I recently updated to 2024.  So far my experience has been bad, Amazon will only record about half an episode before moving on to the next.  Starz records about 4 hrs regardless of the length of the movie and none of them seem to remove the ads before the movie starts.

    I Recently Updated to 2024 Ultra. Could get the "Improve Media" Functions to work made worst by the fact there are no User Manual/Operating instruction - So asked for Full Refund

    Check your settings - you'll need enough free space on your drive(s). Depending on what you're recording, files can get quite large so if the recording allocates a couple of gigabytes, there might be not enough free space to move the file from the working directory to the destination.

    I've got several hundred free gig.  I also go this from support 9 days ago "Tomorrow or later this week a new update will be available for Audials and it will contain a fix for the reported issue".  I have installed an update but I haven't tried it yet.

    I'm in the same situation as others.  This is NOT a way to help your customers.  My problem is trying to find the  'record from screen' feature.  I saw it appear once and that was it.

    This is pure hell, to pay this much for a 'decent program'.  Sorta like trying to get an advanced degree while blindfolded and horrible music blaring away simultaneously.
