Audials on "video stream detected" but is not recording

    Having the same problem on Prime Video in Audials 2024.

    This is also happening to me frequently lately. Very frustrating and Audials is not responding.  Not cool.

    Hi,
    does the reported issue happen only with Amazon or also other video streaming services? only using the internal browser? 
    if "the wheel is spinning while the video is playing but it doesn't seem to be recording" happens for all the video streaming services and only when using the internal player, then you will have to check that the Windows is up to date including video and gpu drivers, the graphic card should not be older than 4 years. And as a workaround try the recording in one of the supported browser in order to record properly your desired movie.
    if still the same, then you could ask support@audials.com to check the Audials logs for you... provide them the steps you have followed for the recording and also the behaviour you've got in Audials, screenshots illustrating the problem, they will surely be able to help you further.
