Improve media

The “Improve media” comes to help you to improve any recorded audio and video, and it is based on the latest artificial intelligence technologies.

In Audials 2026 with Premium Cloud Upscaling Queue the users can prioritize their tasks by using AI tokens.

For example your video files will get much sharper (ai-based upscaling), much more fluid (ai-based frame adder), and in much more vibrant colors (ai-based HDR color conversion).

The user has to simply drag a file in that view and decide there which improvements would suite for him: upscale, insert frames, convert to HDR, Boost Speech or simply convert it into other format.

AI based video upscaling

A set of machine learning models is provided (we named them like stars), which are able to upscale (improve resolution) video files, making them sharper. Several models are offered, some specialized on movie contents, others specialized on anime/comics contents.

Visual item improvement (3-lined items)

Items are improved, creating a better general overview in Audials, as information density is decreased a bit, and progress is more clearly separated.

If you wish to upscale a file, you have the chance to install the desired plugin. For each plugin, a preview is available, so that the user can see how the video will look after conversion.
For example Sirius has the biggest quality for conversion, but the time of the conversion is also high, it will take much longer than the rest of the plugins.

Here you can queue any improvement jobs. The queue can be paused (if you want to use your computer power for something else) or to be resumed in next session (to support long-ongoing operations)

For Music, Audio files you can improve your audio quality as below (drag in that view a music file, select Enhance Quality, select an output sample rate and follow the provided hints)

New Audio Effects were added into Audials 2026 version like echo, reverb, tempo adjustments, equalizer, and more. The Sound Splitter known as stem splitter or sound decomposer, can break a track into components: voice, drums, bass, piano, accompaniment

Please be aware that a good gpu will always help you to improve the files faster. This is valid for upscale, insert frames and convert to hdr methods! Using a weak video card, the time to improve a video will increase considerably!
