Audials One mutes sound on Chrome

On two occasions I have had Audials One permanently mute the sound on Chrome browser which was used to record from. Other browsers are NOT affected. Even after reinstalling chrome the issue remained. The only fix was to attempt to record again using Chrome and the bug was fixed. Not encouraging . . . . .
