JUST GOT AUDIAL ONE 2022 and problem already

In Audials 2021, I used "OTHER SOURCE/SCREEN RECORDDING" METHOD.  And now 2022 version, IT WON'T WORK.  Whenever mi go to record, i have to exit Audials and restart it.  HELP!

  - your Audials complete version number
  - used album/playlist so that we can test with the same details
  - send us a few screenshots illustrating the steps you do and also illustrating the problem, leaving the entire desktop visible

  With Audials one 2021 youtube downloads work fine  after upgrading to 2022 get failed recordings and unable to download URL error messages 

  any solutions?
