Anyone know how to fix?
I was just updating, but halfway it says: account already exists.
Then: installation failed.
Then shots down everything.
I cannot Update and now has removed the complete program.
What's going on?

I followed the steps and have been able to reinstall it. As far I as I saw by now seems to work, but didn't test all functions.
Don't know if it helps with your problem, anyway. I hope so.

When is Audials going to fix the download so that it will load and not kill the program, without disturbing the Registry. This is Audials' problem, not the users' If they cannot, I'd like my money refunded. .Adrian
Exciterusa you need to make sure that you have all the Windows rights and also that you can access that mentioned location ... then run the Audials installer as an admin
Adrian_1949 which error message do you get when trying to install Audials? you could ask for help to Audials Support (you have to create a ticket/send them email at email@example.com with details) or ask for a refund to the vendor from where you have purchased the software.
Can't find where to submit a ticket on the support page. Seems intentional.
Solved by going to \program files (x86)\audials directory and then taking ownership of the audials 2020 directory. Then deleting that directory.
Then a reinstall worked.
Uh huh. This solution did not work. This ain't rocket science y'all.
Program should update itself without errors LIKE ALL THE OTHER SOFTWARE IN THE WORLD.
