This behavior is most likely from a Windows Registry Cleaner or another CleanTools or some registry entries are damaged or corrupted including incomplete/missing values. Before you start You edit the registry at your own risk. To prevent data loss, we recommend that you back up the registry: Open Windows registry as administrator. Click "File" in the menu and then "Export Registry". Save the file on your desktop. How to solve the problem Uninstall any Audials version from your system. Open Windows registry as administrator.Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to access the Run window. Start the Registry Editor by entering the command "regedit". Press right-click and select "run as administrator". Then go to the following key:HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products Press Ctrl+F and write "audials". To clear the found registry entry, press the TAB key and then press Delete. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until you stop receiving search results. Restart your system. Reinstall Audials.
